With 25+ years experience in corporate training, coaching and product development, Jimi's worked in a range of industries, including publishing, educational technology, video games, & mass media. As a Certified Scrum Trainer, he conducts wildly popular, interactive, “full-immersion” public and private certification workshops around the world each year, and helps organizations surface dysfunction and improve processes using collaborative practices. Jimi has also applied brain-based instructional design models both in-person and online.
