The Olympic sportswoman presents five simple steps to a better life. Kristina Timanovskaya, a runner from Belarus, who did not give in to the dictate of the oppressive government. She demonstrates a high level of achievements not only in sports, but also in life, showing her character, courage and bravery. She believes that sport can help to cope with all life's difficulties, strengthen character and improve the quality of life. She is a dedicated sports fan with great ideas for the future development of the fitness industry.
She has over 10 years of experience in professional sports. And she has been certified in the fitness industry and has been advising on sports training and nutrition over the past few years. Having overcome many injuries, she achieved a high level in professional sports: a silver medal at the U23 European Championships, gold at the Universiade in Naples.
