By following these four steps in the near future one can realize that they are meant for so much more and that they only found it because they didn’t settle Raifa Basheer is an HR by profession but you can also find her garnering in different roles including Workshop Facilitator, Resume Strategist and Study Abroad Consultant. She is an Associate CIPD and Heriot-Watt University Graduate. She is primarily working in the GCC Region and has expertise in different sectors including business development, human resource management, marketing and content creation. Also have been actively involved with global youth leadership organizations like AIESEC, Rotaract club in helping youth realize their full potential. She has associated with a Harvard University incubator and UAE- based social accelerators for promoting women leadership.
Having identified the unresolved issue of unemployability and a dearth of women in leadership roles in India, she has decided to educate and empower youth in building a growth mindset and have been promoting learning opportunities for all.
