In this talk, Alireza Jalily argues that there are more opportunities for people ready to capture them. He shows how people who start to prepare themselves for the future will seize anything that pops up in their way. Accordingly, this was the way of many successful people in history: they all made the same decision and never stopped.

Dr. Alireza Jalily, a university lecturer and scientific director of the Retail Department of the Faculty of Management, University of Tehran, is one of the most stubborn people of his time. His challenges in life have not been few. His parents separated when he was young, and at the end of high school, he was forced to attend night school, and after a year behind the entrance exam, he entered Free University. After studying engineering and graduating, he started studying for a master's degree with the first rank and then worked as the regional director of BAT Company in Iran. He has also worked as a senior market development manager for Al-Fatim Group. He has currently launched the first specialized MBA university course in the field of Retail at the Faculty of Management, University of Tehran. In addition to playing a role in the highest ranks of the country's retail industry, he teaches and trains specialists and senior managers in this industry.
