안녕하세요! 저는 법적으로 제출하는 녹취록을 작성하는 녹취전문 22년 차 속기사 윤병임입니다.
제 강연은 ‘기록’이라는 주제를 다루고 있습니다.
첫째, 기록이란 무엇인가? 둘째, 기록은 중요합니다. 중요하기 때문에 신중하게 기록해야 되는 것에 대해 말씀드립니다. 셋째, 요즘 가장 핫한 AI가 속기사를 대신할 수 있을까? 절대 없다고 단언합니다.
이유는.. 우리 말에는 수많은 감정이 숨어 있고, 말로 하지 않는 의성어들이 있습니다. 감정과 의성어들, 그리고 사투리.. 빠른 말들과 많은 사람들이 섞여 있어서 대화자가 누구인지 특정할 수 없고, 언어의 숨은 뜻들이 많습니다. AI는 특정되어 담아져 있는 단어들만 반복되어 기록합니다. 사람은 반복듣기를 통해, 수정작업을 합니다. ‘아’다르고 ‘어’ 다르다는 말처럼 이 잡듯 샅샅이 듣고 뒤져서 기록해야 합니다. 그것이 바로 ‘녹취전문 속기사’와 ‘AI’가 다른 점입니다. Hello!
I'm Byeongim Yun, a stenographer who writes legally submitted transcripts and have been working as a stenographer for 22 years.

First, what is a record?
Second, records are important, and is the reason why We want to talk about recording carefully.
Third, can AI replace stenographer?
I'm sure there's no such thing.
The reason is there are a lot of emotions hidden in the language, and there are onomatopoeia that are not spoken in words.
Emotions, onomatopoeia, and dialect. It's a mixture of fast words and many people, so you can't specify who the conversator is, and there are many hidden meanings of language. AI records only specific words repeatedly. But people make corrections through repeated listening.
In Korea we say, "Ah" is different from "uh", and like this, you have to carefully listen, search, and record it.
